Job Purpose : Participates in the optimization of non-fuel retail (NFR) activities, by establishing and implementing the methodology related to the commercial, operational and sales process.

Contributes to the analysis of relevant markets (definition, segmentation, evolution), competition and business models (retail).

Participates in the generation and implementation of strategic directions for the development of the NFR business line and the management of specific development projects (prepares feasibility studies, ensures project management, monitors project implementation).

Activities going to help you shine :

  • Evaluates the market, the typology of customers and contributes to the identification of development opportunities regarding the non-fuel retail business line;
  • Contributes to the definition of methodologies related to the establishment of commercial policy, operational flows, sales management and promotion activity;
  • Participates in the implementation and monitoring of the previously defined methodologies and, in general, of the best practices, at the level of the Group entities.
  • By this it supports the non fuel retail departments of the business entities in their current activity;
  • Supports the optimization of specific activities and processes, as well as the development of the non-fuel retail business line.
  • We refer here to the definition of a correct CVP (Customer Value Proposition / selling proposition), the definition of optimization and / or development scenarios, the generation of business models and the assurance of project management.

  • All this in accordance with the objectives of the organization, established in the medium and long term;
  • Generates and analyzes business scenarios; draws up financial models, based on which decisions can be made related to trade policies, business partnerships, development projects;
  • Supports, manages, coordinates and / or monitors the development projects, specific to the non fuel retail activity (prepares feasibility studies, ensures the project management for the allocated projects, monitors the implementation of the development projects).
  • The fuel needed to go further with us :

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in the economic / business field;
  • Experience in the commercial / retail / marketing field of at least 3 years, preferably experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of project management;
  • Knowledge of English-advanced level;
  • Availability on trips;
  • MS Office knowledge (with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel) - advanced level;
  • Communication skills and teamwork.
