We are looking for :
Junior Database Platform Owner
Job location : Warsaw or remote
Process / Ownership :
Assisting to Service Level Manager (SLM) and Architect to assure day to day service delivery
Coordinating day to day Platform activities (downtimes alignment, communication, score carding etc.)
Timely and quality day to day service delivery
Ownership and execution of improvement plans initiatives. Driving the positive changes in the service hand in hand with SLM.
Incident Management process (communications, notifications, reporting)
Incident’s resolutions follow up (for incidents impacting score or near misses)
Service status communication notification
Review and update of Platform crucial documentation like OLA, SLA
Good to have technical skills :
Installing, configuring and basic monitoring of Oracle DB
Basic understanding of database security issues
Knowledge of DBMS series of packages
Familiar with SQL and / or PL / SQL
Basic Python skills are welcomed
Tools : Toad, PuTTy
