What would you need :
Knowledge in Customer relation / Customer support;
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers;
Experience in a global organization is a plus;
Languages : English is mandatory and other foreign language is a big plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch);
Strong written communication skills;
Excellent oral communication & interpersonal skills;
MS Office medium-advance knowledge;
Basic knowledge of the individual technology area and is developing technical skills under the guidance of technical leads.
