As a Sales Configurator Specialist, you will develop in collaboration with IT & Business Units data structure and logic to support configurator, creates and maintains relevant sales and customer-oriented specifics (pricing, configurators, calculators, analytics, etc.
as well as marketing and technical documentation supporting these.
Your key responsibilities :
Develops data table and structure for Eaton solutions and assemblies
Provides direct pre-sales technical support for assigned IT tool
Provides sales training to local teams on IT tools to secure the appropriate skills & expertise
Support Product Managers in keeping IT tools and mandatory information in the tools up-to-date
Define test strategy and scenarios to gather effective proof of concept and build on user experience
Will be responsible of specific solution portfolio for ongoing remedy support for bug fixing and enhancements
University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and / or Business, or equivalent knowledge
Demonstrates at least basic knowledge of power electronics
Ability to learn, articulate, market and support complex products and technologies
Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines
Ability to work in a highly international environment / in virtual teams (across different locations) / in a matrix organization
Ability to think and act strategically
Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm
Must be strongly customer-oriented
Good written & oral communications skills
Good presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Experience in electrical installations and design
Experience in SQL, relational databases, AutoCAD, Visual Basic
