Responsibilities
Leading team of test engineers
planning work of the team
managing team recourses, and hardware needs
writing test plans
communication with development teams and customer
regular reporting on team performance and status
Manual testing of software on PC and HIL benches
writing test cases
creating test reports
documenting defects
support development teams and customer with defects investigation
Must have
Expertise in manual testing, ability to write test cases and document defects
Experience in factual leading of a testing team or technical leading of ta test team
experience in people management, team recourse planning, estimation and reporting
Experience with automotive testing (HIL)
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of software development processes
German Knowledge
Experience is HIL assembly and flashing
Experience in testing in telecommunication domain

English : B2 Upper Intermediate
