We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Main Responsibilities :
Purchase materials, equipment and services for internal company use
Submit Purchase Requests and Expense Reports as part of the acquisition process
Coordinate and organize small events (Team meetings, Team Buildings, Training / workshops)
Analyze and prepare reports, presentations
Organize and schedule meetings
Provide general support for visitors
Guidance for employees that are requesting a visa for business travel
Guidance regarding Adobe Romania issues / inquiries.
Excellent command of English
Advanced in MS Excel
Organized, client oriented
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize, time management skills
Open to feedback, self control, adaptability
Phenomenal teammate, networking skills, effective communicator, problem solver
