Fortech is looking to add an experienced HR Specialist to its team in Iasi. In this role, you will be managing multiple HR processes, working closely with stakeholders, the HR team or with other departments from our headquarters in Cluj-Napoca or from other delivery centers.
The main focus will be recruitment and the performance management processes, but you will also coordinate, implement, or offer support in other areas.
Your Responsibilities Offer support and coaching in all aspects of performance management (appraisals, growth objectives, learning plans, career path)Offer input for continuous improvement in the performance management processWork with the recruitment team to build effective recruitment strategies, taking into consideration : market trends, candidate expectations, recruitment channels available etc.
Handle full-cycle recruitment & selection processContribute actively in building the employer brand together with the HR & Marketing teams.
Implement employer brand actions and constantly grow the network of potential strategic partnersUnderstand team culture and implement actions to constantly improve cohesion, engagement and retentionCommunicate effort and results to HR Management and other stakeholders
Your Competencies Previous experience in the IT field (minimum 3 years)Previous experience with similar HR processesBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Relations or related fieldProficiency in EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsCandidate orientation and deep business understandingPlanning and organizing skillsAbility to work independently, with little supervision and, also as part of a team
