Team Purpose :
The Infrastructure Design & Transformation team is an operations team active in the Getronics infrastructure portfolio elements cloud virtualisation , Networking and Security.
The team is active between multiple devisions in difernet project and Business as Usual life cycles.
Responsibilities / Accountability :
Define standardization
Define implementation cost & risk
Define operations ( Business as Usual ) processes
Implement supportable Cloud , Networking & Security projects
Onboard new customers
Analyse & Advice improvements on active deployments
Provide advisory in long term strategic design
Cooperate with Solution Architects in order to advice on feasibility & cost of projects
Cooperate with Project Management on project roll out & planning
Cooperate with Service Delivery Manager on Service improvement and MIM process
Cooperate with Operations Team Leaders to improve on BAU processes
