A typical day might include the following :

  • Handling incoming issues following the support process;
  • Working on the documentation of the projects as required;
  • Delivering effective technical customer support for the company’s customers;
  • Delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end;
  • Maintaining high-quality communication between the customers and the company.
  • To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience :

  • Very strong skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Completed Engineering studies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills;
  • Passion for problem-solving and investigation;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;
  • SAP experience is a nice to have.
