Job Purpose : We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and focussed individual to join our new and growing Business Development and Marketing team within the Temenos Learning Community to develop and grow our online training subscription platform.
Temenos is the the market leading provider of banking software and its training arm, the Temenos Learning Community sells and develops training tools and services to clients, partners and devlopers.
The ideal candidate will use their expertise and experience of subscription channel based management in helping us to position our company training and learning division as a market leader and to visibly provide competitive advantage within our go to market strategy.
Through a combination of marketing, research, analytics and reporting you will be helping the team to translate our data in to recommendations and actionable strategies, optimise our customer experience, achieve monthly targets, improve content, create digital campaigns and increase loyalty with the goal of achieving growth and retention.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities : -Taking ownership of database of existing customer subscriptions-Proactively contacting customers throughout subscription lifecycle, especially in advance of subscription expiry-
Ensuring that, where customers do not renew subscriptions, that the auto-renewal from suppliers is also terminated.-Communicating product upgrades and changes to customers across all appropriate channels-
Maintain content across various platfoms (web,social media, learning platform)-Proactively updating account managers on quotes, queries and customer feedback.
Customer research how they use the platform, issues arising-Analyse and monitor industry and competitor trends and provide-
Manage, track and publish performance dashboards and monthly target reports-Create tests and new strategies in response to the data reports-
Support marketing campaigns in terms of content and reporting-Social Media management
Skills and Qualifications : Required-2 years subscription management experience-Strong data skills and a passion for analytics with high attention to detail-
Able to translate raw data into meaningful reports and actionable strategies-Excellent written communication and reporting skills-
Self-starter,motivated, collaborative-Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise-Experience in running social media channels-
Capable of meeting tight deadlines and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities -Strong desire to learn and growDesired-
Experience in digital marketing strategies-Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) Episerver is an advantage -Experience of working with PPC and Display advertising and tactics-
Woring knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
