Tasks

Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues

Design, guide and enforce best practices on development methodologies to ensure the high quality delivery of solutions

Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including Development of custom solutions and integrations

Manage technical scope and client expectations

Lead and mentor development team on the project

Define and implement MHP’s future salesforce consulting portfolio

Qualifications

Certified in 3+ Salesforce certifications

Release management (lifecycle of ALM)

Proven track of records in advanced custom development of salesforce solutions (Classic and Lightning Experience)

Skilled in either Salesforce APEX / Visualforce page / Lightning framework / Javascript / Java / Front end development

Documented experience in leading development team

Communicative language skills in English

Automotive industry knowledge is a bonus
