Are you passionate about building a customer-centric culture, sharing your technical knowledge, and want to make an impact on hundreds of thousands of people?

You will evangelize a Customer Obsession Program that emphasizes our Put Customer First OCI value. The evangelist will teach customer-first training.

This program will leverage the VoC (Voice of Customer) Program, define customer personas and journeys, and demonstrate why CX matters.

Evangelism Program will :

  • Collect data on and deeply understand what our customer wants and needs Have each person / team think, Is what I’m working on helping my customers?
  • Influence providing products and solutions that exceed customer expectations

    Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led classroom and live virtual training to Oracle employees
  • Participate in designing and refreshing role-based OCI certifications and learning objectives; contribute to certification exam questions
  • Evangelize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Technical Operations and Support Programs
  • The Customer First Program will be a part of the new employee OCI Onboarding Program. The evangelist will present the Customer First topic.
  • Evangelist will engage in the public and internal speaking events, blogs, and communications; will publish TOS Newsletters within OCI
  • Hold Networking Events (virtual) : Bring together engineers and operators from different roles and locations to share best practices and learn from one another.
  • Maintain a course delivery schedule, ensuring sessions are advertised 2-3 months in advance and are offered in time zones that accommodate varied locations
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • You are a natural teacher, public speaker, have a knack for clearly articulating ideas that lead to comprehension
  • You bring deep customer understanding and empathy
  • Experience conducting classroom or virtual training for technology services
  • Excellent communication skills; Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Experience, customer-centric culture-building experience
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
