Review and analyze treasury data to build and provide management reporting to internal risk committees providing oversight to internal operations.
Manage the system setup and execution of timely settlement of the company’s intercompany loan portfolio.
Work with the Treasury Consultant to review the investment portfolio, calculate yields, build management reporting, and review alternative investment opportunities for review with leadership.
Work with tax and legal to build, review, and execute targeted step plans related to internal restructuring, acquisition and disposition activities.
Develop relationships with key business and functional leaders.
Oversee intercompany netting processes for the company and works with the GFS team on execution.
Responsible for the training of new staff.
Lead the review, design and implementation of a common cash flow forecast process for the enlarged organisation.
Lead the review, design and implementation of treasury reporting.
Support the statutory / SOX / internal audit processes and act as a key contact with regard to treasury matters.
Back up for the Treasury Cash Analysts.
Impact / Scope

Required Skills and Experience
Education and Experience
First level university degree with a focus in accounting; advanced degree and / or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
Professional qualification in Treasury preferred, where applicable.
Experience in treasury (3+ years) or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business preferred.
Familiar with Treasury Management Systems.
Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in English.
Awareness of Micro Focus’s strategy, policies and processes.
Strong systematic understanding of treasury processes, as well as other finance functions.
In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to treasury activities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Strong project management, problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to highlight problems, offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through their execution.
