Your day to day :
The Capacity Planning Specialist works closely with the Resource Manager and supports the Group Enterprise Transformation and Group Enterprise Products & Services functions to ensure that our people, partners and Shared Service resources are allocated to projects in an efficient and effective manner.
Your responsibility is to ensure all EPPM opportunities and projects have resources correctly allocated, resource managers are trained and align with the standards and policies and all work-in-progress is tracked accurately and relevant reporting is produced.
Act as the point of contact for all EPPM resource queries into Vodafone Group Enterprise Transformation, Enterprise IT and GTES.
Run regular quality audits on EPPM programme resource planning and help Project Managers with staffing requests.
Provide management information reporting on resource pools size, scope, skills, utilisation and other metrics to all relevant stakeholders.

Manage EPPM resource allocations, forecasting and capacity management
Provide regular management reports on resourcing activities as required

Maintain resourcing data quality to the agreed standards
Continuously seek ways to simplify and automate Resource Management
With these skills, you are a great candidate :
2-3 years of previous experience of resource management, management reporting and general administration
Portfolio Programme Project Management for an Agile organization
Ability to collaborate and influence across a matrixed organization, regardless of job levels
Ability to work in a fast changing business environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with multinational internal teams;
A proactive mind set and be motivated to deliver exceptional results
Portfolio Programme Project Management experience
University degree in business economics, financial management, information management or similar
Excellent English skills written and spoken
Telecoms background and / or experience in similar fast paced industry
Working experience coordinating cross functional teams across different departments and locations
Excel medium · Reporting, analytics- basic level Nice to have technical / professional qualifications :
Business Intelligence know-how · Process improvement methodologies (, Lean Six Sigma)
Agile, PMI or PRINCE II knowledge or certification
eTOM, ITIL foundation
