Do you have?

  • University degree;
  • Languages : French basic level is mandatory, English is mandatory;
  • 1 + year OF experience in a similar administrative role / customer service within a multinational environment represents a plus;
  • MS OFFICE knowledge : Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Organizing and prioritizing;
  • Collaborates;
  • Action oriented;
  • Communicates effectively;
  • Situational adaptability.

    Your opportunities and challenges will be :

  • Provide administrative and organization support for the Program Manager at CEB factory in France
  • Fill in the business / offer frames
  • Complete follow up documents
  • Manage / send paperwork to the customer
  • Complete observation documents
  • Follow up on administrative requests
  • Create and manage specific documents both for internal and external use (customer)
  • Manage the identification documentation
  • Support for any other type of request
