What will you be doing?
- Solid understanding of marketing and communications principles that support the development of a strong brand
- Excellent creative, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Full knowledge of all marketing techniques and specific terms, including digital area (social media, any other online platforms, e-mail marketing and so on);
- Ability to analyze the markets, clients’ portfolio in order to identify new business development opportunities;
- Demonstrated successful experience making presentations for larger audiences. Experience in delivering Sales Training presentations would be an advantage;
- Strong understanding of sales process in B2B and/or Call Center will be an advantage as well as the ability to analyze sales and customer data;
- Run outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.);
- Experience in sales / telesales training on the job;
- Good knowledge about sales process, leads generation and management;
- Be a self-starter, able to initiate and carry through activities without too much supervision;
- Manage communications and commercial negotiations for Key Account clients;
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing/Sales;
- Experience in Sales & Telesales Training (on the job);
- Advanced English; additional language (German, Italian, French, and/or Spanish) it's a bonus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly;
- Experience in using CRM would be an advantage;
- Highly motivated, dynamic personality;
- High performance driven with a focus on results generation;
- Great Microsoft Office programs skills (Word, Power Point, Excel).
