We develop test cases and perform module and application electrical tests for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) products, an emerging and innovative field in the automotive business.
Advanced performance computing, high speed communication interfaces and overall cutting-edge technologies are all parts of our Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
As the leader of the testing team, you and your team will be challenged to use dedicated testing equipment, approaches and troubleshooting skills to spot and propose solutions against design weaknesses of the highly performant ADAS ECUs.
You and your team will also support the design activity, creation of PCBs layout, prototype build-up, thermal analysis and many other activities that will help our group successfully launch new products on the market.

Additional details of your job responsibilities :
Allocates the work received, existing resources and establishes priorities for the fulfillment of future or ongoing tasks and for a balanced workload;
Plan and monitor the execution of all activities inside the team;
Ensure that your organization’s activity is delivered at excellent quality level, on time and in accordance with the agreed requirements;
Organize the proper trainings of the employees for the continuous improvement of the level of technical knowledge and process skills;
Support team members in their tasks;
Mentor, coach and develop your team;
Manage resources (tool licenses, test equipment, electronic boards), evaluate the necessary roles and define the proper organization of the hardware project team;
Track performance, motivation, give & receive feedback, discuss the roadmap and plan actions if necessary.
Ensures and promotes cross-functional and cross-location communication within the team;
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Qualifications You can be a perfect match to our position if you have :
Minimum 4 years of experience in Electronics Development / Testing, Automotive or Embedded Systems;
University degree in a relevant engineering field (Electronics, Automatics and Computers etc.)
Good coordination skills, planning and organizing abilities
Self-driven and excellent communication skills
Networking skills inside and outside the organization
Basic business administration know-how (e.g. human resources, financial)
Knowledge of analog and digital electronics
Basic knowledge and skills in using test bench equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters)
Fluent in English
Wanting to travel abroad sometimes
Would be a plus :
Knowledge of test automation (e.g. LabView)
Experience in communication protocols and / or power supply field
