In this role you will be accountable for the documentation process within the assigned team, in terms of speed, quality and productivity and you will act as a first point of contact for documentation activities, in front of European structure (SUB, HUB, Measurement Solutions Leadership).

Lead the Documentation Administration team on a day to day basis;
Lead the Logging team on a day to day basis;
Supports with any activity regarding the country strategy, ensuring the team follows the accurate process and supports the initiatives;
Ensure the timely processing of documentation for Documentation Team
Ensure the timely processing of RFQs and POs for Logging Team
Balance workload within the team;
Supports the team in developing a customer focused mindset; ensures the team has a proactive communication approach with the customers;
Develops a sound knowledge of the business knowledge in order to ensure appropriate support for the local teams;
Organize and participate in regular meetings with the local and remote teams for accurate alignment between organization (SUB, HUB and BU);
Supports initiatives for continuous training and development of the team;
Participates in the recruitment of new team members;
Coaching and motivating team members;
Provide input for performance evaluations;
Sign off holiday and leave-of-absence forms and approval of non-paid overtime. Documentation Administration tasks
Ensure the timely and complete documentation processing of the orders;
Prepares documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals
Create Documentation Dossier according to customers’ requirements (tables of content, cover sheets, bookmarks) for MRO and Projects orders.
Collect, organize and control qualitatively the electronic documentation form factories and suppliers
Produces approval documentation as the need arises in a timely manner
Respond effectively to documentation requests and queries from internal customers
Provides final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements (electronic, paper);
Keep a close contact with the customer to advise of any delays and problems.
