Familiar with and proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, computer literate
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Familiar with project management methodology, management of the project plan tasks, setting out of objectives (would be a plus)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
An Appraiser of Suppliers and Training Programs :
Manages on a daily basis in an efficient manner the identification requests of external trainings :
o Evaluates the information received and the trainee requirements;
o Makes sure that the information is correct in all the processes of supplier management;
o Manages on a daily basis the contact with the training brokers and external suppliers.
Keeps in touch with the training management team :
o Makes sure that the tasks and responsibilities in sales and training management are accurately assigned;
o Monitors closely together with the training management team the reservations of the courses and the records;
o Offers guidelines to the training management team from the point of view of responsibility regarding the management of sales.
Keeps in touch with the divisions of the customers :
o Learning and development departments;
o Customer trainees.
Problem / request solving :
o Trainee requirements;
o Supplier / broker requirements.
Makes recommendations for improving the process :
o For the existing processes;
o For new processes.
