What are your responsabilities?
Responsible for supporting day to day financial management processes for clients, provides billing support, contract commitment support and financial reporting;
Coordinates efforts with the Customer and Service Management organizations to identify and resolve billing issues that impact the financial management of the account i.
e., aging, credits, etc.;
Review customer contracts to ensure compliance for all billing and financial related activities and financial service level agreements;
Monitor billing flows to ensure Customer s Services are installed and integrated to the appropriate billing platforms;
Identify and implement billing process improvements Oversee first invoice reviews for newly established Services to confirm contract rate treatment;
Oversee last invoice reviews for newly disconnected services to confirm disconnected on time Manage special contract reporting, revenue tagging;
Inventory requests, weekly customer calls on AR and Billing issues;
Demonstrates knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform their responsibilities;
Respond to various requests for information, as needed;
Escalate to supervisor as appropriate;
Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested format;
Follow established policies, procedures and methods. Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment;
Develops and maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on the role training and classroom training;
Shares information required for the team to be successful. Demonstrates understanding of the customer s business needs or market and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
