Key Responsibilities : Owning and managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle from intake meeting to on-boarding Being a strategic advisor to the business and partner with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization Direct sourcing and building talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands Strategize on finding and engaging passive candidates through Boolean search on LinkedIn Recruiter and various other tools available Developing recruitment strategies using different sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates, creating, and extending job offers Partnering with HR, IT, and the background check team for the successful onboarding of candidates Presenting reports on the progress of active roles on recurring meetings with the hiring leaders Screening and interviewing candidates on both soft and technical skills Focusing on candidate engagement and maintaining a great communication throughout the recruitment process, and having the expertise to reactivate passive or previous candidates Creating, updating, following, and effectively communicating recruitment processes and procedures Championing our brand and promoting Secureworks as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities Engaging with hiring leaders and recruiting peers to brainstorm on identifying trends within the market (local or global), strategizing on outreach approaches, outside of the box search methods and Boolean strings, having a permanent grasp of the talent market Essential Requirements : 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably as an in-house recruiter Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices Strong talent sourcing abilities (ideally in LinkedIn Recruiter) Good knowledge of ATS and CRM systems (Workday is a plus) Experience working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Previous experience working in an international or global environment Skills and / or abilities required to perform the essential functions of the job : English proficiency Good communication skills Proactivity High level of attention to details Conflict management Task management and planning Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality Working schedule : Business hours, from Monday to Friday, 10am 7pm.
