The position is an entry level finance delivery role working within the New Business & Renewals Order Management team and reports to an Order Management Manager.

The team focuses on partnering with the Sales Operations team, supporting customer negotiations and setting up orders. Team members are aligned regionally but work as a global team to support the order booking process across multiple products and solutions.

Responsibilities and ScopePerforming variety of structured order management activities with guidance from senior team members, receiving instructions and directions from others, and developing understanding and competence of the overall Quote to Cash processAligning final quotes, purchase orders and order entries to ensure applicable business rules and corporate policies are followedGenerating, amending and recording orders in ERP systems and supporting alignment to corporate booking policiesCollaborating with the broader Quote to Cash team and internal stakeholders to create a seamless, efficient end-

to-end process and perform work in-line with established Service Level Agreements with internal organizations, e.g. response-

time, accuracy, etc.Archiving and maintaining customer quote histories and responding to enquiries from other teams / auditors on quotationsWorking with downstream teams to resolve order queriesAssisting with ad-

hoc work and Quote to Cash projects as needed, including, but not limited to process improvement initiatives, process documentation, implementation of internal controls and system changesContributing towards team goals, reporting on progress and analysing the team performance towards operational metrics / KPIsRequired Skills and ExperienceEducation and ExperienceUniversity degree preferably related to Finance / Accounting or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working with a relevant business line is an advantage (New Business / Renewals / SaaS)Knowledge and SkillsFluency in the English language (mandatory)Good problem solving skillsAbility to use different information systems and business applicationsDesire to work in a global shared services centreGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)Basic appreciation of quotations and ordersAbility to adapt to a changing environmentHigh level of attention to detailAbility to independently and to make key decision under pressureGood time management and multi-
