Purpose Statement : Provides support to engineers in NPI activities. Key Job Accountabilities : Fulfills tasks provided by the NPI Plan and at scheduled times, maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Ensure that all necessary equipment is included in the Maintenance System. Records the problems that occurred during work on the Momentum Sheet and reports it.
Reporting of NPI activities deployed - Status and problems. Perform processes creation and adjust them during the NPI phase (programming, thermal profiling, print preparation, etc.
Be actively involved in creating working instructions to support the engineering team. Responsible for quality activities, including inspections.
To feel comfortable working simultaneously on several projects, to interact with several teams at once. Identifies material / component discrepancies in writing and verbal to the higher.
Provides production support if necessary after completing the mass production process. Operate production machines during NPI activities as appropriate.
Identification of necessary tools. Additional Accountabilities : Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.
Additional duties as assigned. Education / Experience Qualifications : A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required. One (1) years of related experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
Other Qualifications : Be able to carry out tasks efficiently and responsibly. Have knowledge of operation and production.
Being able to train production staff and transfer information in a clear manner. Work Environment : The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
