You will join a team in top global fin-tech startup. The company has stable financing provided by the best investment funds and has been on the market for three years.

We are building the first team in Poland that will be responsible for creating software from scratch - pure development, no legacy code.

The software that will be created will impact hundreds of thousands of customers. Initially, you will work as part of a team in India.

  • Task / Responsibilities :

  • Deliver programs with business and / or technical risks
  • Optimize or use a standard program delivery methodology for delivering program goals
  • Bring together coordinate and energize virtual technology teams to deliver program goals
  • Create and track a plan to deliver the program goals including the technical implementation plan
  • Understand trade-offs and resulting impacts; make impacts visible to Product Infrastructure or Engineering for the right decision to be made
  • Manage dependencies delivery timelines and implementations plans using the knowledge or technical architecture
  • Appreciate and respond to delivery challenges using the knowledge of engineering best practices and / or infrastructure implementations
  • Understand technology concepts grasp new ones quickly and appreciate their implications on delivery
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in programming in Object-Oriented Programming Language
  • Strong understanding of algorithms
  • Knowledge of good principles, i.e., SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI
  • Have experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Strong knowledge of Design Patterns
  • Knowledge of Microservice architecture or Mobile architecture
  • Good communication in English (at least B2 level)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (ability to work in a team)
  • Nothing is impossible" approach to problem-solving

    Recruitment stages :

  • Exploratory call (introduction and set context)
  • Machine coding / Project round
  • Discussion about optimization code written in the 2nd stage
  • Decision + final negotiations
  • Hiring Bonus :
  • You will get a sign-on bonus with your first monthly salary that will be an equivalent of 20% of your yearly salary. The condition is to work for 12 months.

    The bonus must be returned in the event of the candidate's voluntary departure before working with CRED for 12 months.
