Together with the Sales Manager, the Sales Support is one of the most important contacts to the customer. In this function, the Sales Support is responsible for the follow up of quotations and sales leads and support the sales and marketing initiatives in the region of Romania, Moldavia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece and Eastern Adriatic.
Quotations and Sales Lead follow up
Follow up the quotations and sales leads, generated from the sales managers across the region of Romania, Moldavia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece and Eastern Adria (former Yugoslavia plus Albania).
Maintain the current CRM and quotation software SFDC (saleforce.com) with updated customer and project information.
Run frequently SFDC reports and support the sales managers with information about current sales pipe, opportunities and won / lost analyses.
Support customers on request with data sheets, certification documents and brochures.
Connect the designers to the sales managers and / or to the appropriate Esser / Honeywell partner and coordinate designer cross boarder activities within the whole territory.
Follow-up of designed-in projects. Update and maintain special designer text software. Load new sales leads and new projects from a database to the SFDC system and follow up this projects together with the sales managers.
Support customer communication s
Support MarCom in driving and executing the communication plan for the whole territory.Assistance MarCom in the internal and external communication by giving input to newsletter.
Act as a local project manager for marketing campaigns and other related activities.
Copywriting of printed and digital texts. Support customer communications and be first point of contact for all PR questions.
Including trade magazines, media planning, communication and coordination together with MarCom.
Support sales managers in the organization of customer events, roadshows and fairs. Create and control external presentations per CI / CD guidelines and wording.
Drive reference projects results from all regions, building a reference database and check IP rights.
Support Sales and MarCom in case of brand awareness and customer experience
Support the maintenance of the local HSF websites, drive local brand awareness with all activities like fairs, newsletters, advertisements in conjunction with the MarCom team.
Doing customer satisfaction analysis (VOC) on regular basis, together with the MarCom team and driving their results. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction (e-
presence, promotional materials etc.) together with sales and MarCom team .
Knowledge, skills, abilities
Established commercial basic understanding or experience and good communication skills are the basic to be successful in this position
This position requires the ability to understand customer requirements.
Very good verbal and written communications skills, especially on the phone.
Understanding about new media and e-presence.

Very good English language skills.
Basic knowledge in event management and in working with marketing agencies
