The Support Analyst’ role will be based in Romania (Bucharest or Timisoara) & part of our global, Operational Excellence Team within Research Products Function and will support us on day-to-day activities and operations, centered around- excel based reporting, creation of power-point decks, creation of Visio processes, collating documentation and procedures, collaborating internally on requirements etc.
This role will report directly to the Head of Operational Excellence (who is based in Toronto) and is ideal for a dynamic, self-starter looking to grow in his career quickly having around 3-5 years of experience in business operations and administrative duties.
This role needs a good blend of analytical thinking; deep MS Office Knowledge (all verticals of Microsoft Office- including Outlook, Teams, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Visio and SharePoint).
