Manager Learning Specialist

This role will be responsible our Frontline Manager learning and development program approach and offering across Finastra, at an exciting time in our journey.

As a key member of the Culture and Talent team, you will work closely with the Culture & Engagement, Learning, Talent, Succession & Performance and Diversity & Inclusion colleagues, and contribute to wider teamwork, creating learning and development solutions targeted to frontline managers across the globe.

Accountabilities & Essential Job Functions :

  • Assess needs, plan, design, build, implement and maintain - including facilitation - manager capability solutions for our 770 Frontline Managers across Finastra, continually advancing the development curriculum.
  • Create adaptable programmes for managers from the Team Leader to Director levels of management that align with design and delivery methodologies and active knowledge of best practices, improving the effectiveness and impact of our frontline managers.
  • Leverage multi-component learning solutions to embed learning, ensuring optimum results in a fast-paced, global and diverse work environment
  • Support the Diversity & Inclusion agenda, ensuring integration of a Diversity & Inclusion perspective and practices within all frontline management development offerings
  • Partner with the broader Talent & Culture team to understand organizational and learning solutions needs, and provide ideas, support and co-
  • creation of learning solutions that support the strategy and drive performance tailored to our frontline managers.

  • Evaluate impacts of learning solutions for quality, improvement of performance, business impact and scalability while ensuring learning materials and content are effective, engaging and relevant.
  • Skills Required :

  • 3-5 years of direct work experience developing learning solutions, programs and learning experiences, with an emphasis on manager learning & development.
  • Conceptualizing designing and developing solutions using a variety of methods including on-the-job, digital, face-to face and blended learning materials which are engaging and innovative
  • Experienced in end to end project management of program delivery, with accountability from design to implementation, managing timelines and costs within scope and budget.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and delivering multiple projects at any one time, with demonstrated ability to make decisions in a timely manner under tight timelines and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures at all levels within the organisation
  • Excellent team collaboration and ability to work horizontally to ensure joined-up strategy and solutions
  • Experience in operating and delivering in a fast paced, global organisation with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mind set
