Responsibilities :
Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure of the projects, under the conditions of quality, costs and deadlines established.
He / She is the bridge between the Client, the Internal Project Team, and the Senior Management
Reporting comparing actual with planned progress
Identify and analyze deviations (scope changes) in accordance with the Project plan
Implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) including planning, budget, QOHSE, identification of stakeholders, communication, risks, procurement, in consultation with the project sponsor and in accordance with the Contract
Be present in the field when necessary for the project (KOM visits, data collection, clarifications with the client, etc.)
Participate in proposal preparation as Tender Manager (understand the scope, prepare / coordinate the proposal preparation and be in contact with the Client)
Requirements :
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferred technology / process / oil&gas projects)
Technical education - Mechanical, Process Chemistry
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Acad
Fluent English
Planning skills (scheduling, budgeting)
PMP or similar certificate represents a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational follow-up skills
