Responsibilities

  • Performing primary reviews against set guidelines
  • Performing online checks for duplicates, wrong scanning, wrong address, etc
  • Updating activity trackers
  • Review request for VMD changes
  • Root cause analysis of errors and dissemination to the team
  • Proactive controls for avoiding future errors and update trackers
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Training other team members whenever necessary or requested
  • Updating the SOP's periodically and train team if needed
  • Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and clients serviced by the team
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative solutions
  • Raising purchases for Europe I&L expenditures and processing orders.
  • Receiving of goods and services in the system
  • Builds strong relationships with all colleagues to facilitate goals and objectives;
  • Effectively communicate with varying levels of stakeholders / suppliers to gather information or educate the sourcing process
  • Extensive understanding of the End to End Process with reasonable understanding of linkages;
  • Spend management and sourcing capabilities;
  • Hands-on experience on any of the major ERP platforms;
  • Ensure all transactions / activities are compliant with policies and procedures

  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

  • University graduate
  • Relevant working experience in this field;
  • Relevant project management experience;
  • Previous experience in a BPO / Shared Services environment (represents and advantage);
  • Encouraged qualifications

  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks;
  • Very good analytical skills;
  • Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Very good communication skills at all levels of Genpact and customer organizations;
  • Very good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Good problem solving abilities;
  • Good change management abilities;
  • Energetic personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude;
  • Ability to work and act independently.
