Lead Europe Immigration Program (incl. Mobility Programs and Compliance for Foreign Local Hires)
Provide supplementary and back up support to the EMEA GMS Leader depending on operational needs and requirements
Work seamlessly with Global Mobility Services peers and colleagues to provide best practice on immigration matters, assessment of impacts on Mobility tax, social security, compensation for all Mobility Programs
Manage visa compliance and processes for talent mobility and drive efficient, streamlined and excellent client Immigration services
Manage interaction and relationships with various authorities (Embassies, Consulates, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chambers of Commerce, among others)
Partner with Immigration Vendors and internal teams (where applicable) to ensure seamless delivery of immigration support
Build excellent relationships with HR Country Leaders and Business HR teams as well as all SBG / SBU leaders in the relevant jurisdiction and provide updates on evolving regulations and restrictions
Proactively communicate to HR and the Business on visa quotas, availability, risks and challenges
Manage our visa policies and processes and continually look to improve and refine them through strong work ethics and client service excellence
Source the best fit visa solutions ensuring the highest quality and best value for money
Ensure that the global and regional strategic priorities are met
Lead the Digital Transformation agenda for the region and actively participate to global projects
Own Data Management and Performance Metrics in the region
Report and escalate any issues to the Global Immigration Leader and EMEA Global Mobility Leader
Work on continuous process improvements and develop new ideas and concepts to enable growth and ensure compliance
08+ years’ experience in Global Mobility / Immigration roles within an international company
Demonstrated experience and positive relationships with decision makers
Excellent Communication skills
Computer savvy (proficient in MS Office pack)
Highly confidential and trustworthy
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
