You will be part of our sales offices and responsible of identifying the most suitable products and technical solutions, providing consultancy, information’s, building and submitting offers based on the customer’s requirements.
University Degree (Business, Economic or Sports Science)
1+ year of experience in Sales or Customers support in sales related activities
Advanced English level
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer centric approach, able to work with deadlines and multiple clients
Computer skills : MS Office, Internet, E-mail, etc
Ability to multi-task (logging queries while speaking with customers)
Previous CRM / ERP experience an advantage.
Well organized and focused on priorities
Handling Pre-sales and Sales opportunities through both voice and e-mail contact and placing orders
Develop and prepare commercial offers with the best selection from our portfolio in compliance with the client specifications (in accordance to Company processes and procedures)
Providing clear and excellent customer care to existing or new customers, ensuring a high customer satisfaction through both voice and e-mail contact.
Demonstrating an ability to troubleshoot, analyze and identify solutions using existing guidelines and tools.
Ensure the on-time and complete entering of orders in the ERP system
Assure the ERP data is up to date and correctly imported by manually updating the information.
