  • Prepare detailed analysis and reporting of key financial performance measures to support Finance Business Partners and the business in making financial, operational, and strategic decisions
  • Perform ad hoc analysis / reporting and share with supervisors
  • Support Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting (PB&F) teams and Reporting to teams to refine and validate models and reports, and add business-specific insights
  • Support Senior Analyst with projects, presentations, and other ad hoc items as required
  • Support escalation / identification of process issues and work closely with Senior Analyst to identify and implement incremental process improvements and recommendations

  • Support an assigned area of the business with financial analysis and decision support
  • Support CoE leadership with process improvement, policy and procedure development

  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Education and Experience
  • Experience in finance especially in Financial Analysis
  • University degree is preferred
  • Experience working in a large organisation and a team environment is preferred
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience working with data, modeling, and / or financial applications
  • Knowledge of and experience with the analysis and reporting of financial and operational data, including the ability gather, compile, and evaluate data from multiple sources
