We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager to join our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible forthe overall management of inside sales operations of one or multiple designatedPSS line of business, covering Europe as a region, ensuring sales targets are meet& exceeded and that all end users, Channel Partners, distributors andintegrators are treated with the outmost professionalism by the accountmanagement team and strong partnerships are created to grow our customer baseand ensure future business.

The team is split per Business Unit, with 17 insidesales representatives, carrying an annual quota of $26M.

Inside Sales Manager responsibilities :

  • Drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective inside sales team
  • Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Inside Sales function
  • Help to develop the Annual Operating Plan and establish a process to meet or exceed budgetary targets for PSS line of business
  • Partner with regional Business Unit General Managers / GM / VP and within territory channel / sales leader community to create the PSS strategy in line with AOP and SPS STRAP
  • Become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services
  • Ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth.
  • Account management activities : upsell & cross sell business planning and execution / develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs
  • Training and coaching the new and existing employees in order to build and maintain the skills to achieve AOP / MOS
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a sales team and minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, in a role that combines internal and external stakeholder exposure, communication experience and responsibilities
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus
  • Demonstrable understanding of multi-dimensional IT routes to market - via Channel, Distribution, Partners and Direct to end users.
  • Excellent communication skills including professional business level English & Romanian language (written & spoken)
