  • Job description Primary book keepingAssisting the Romania Controller and the external accounting;Creating vendors and registering invoices in NetSuite;
  • Provide quotes and obtain approvals for entity vendors (Purchase Orders process);Issuing invoices to the contractual entities;
  • Checking expense reports and allocating expenses per department;Filling up forms related to book keeping and payroll in line with Romania legislationAbility to work in challenging international, multinational teams and manage own timeSelf-
