We have an opportunity for a Materials Management Analyst to join our Honeywell team in Bucharest.

The Integrated Supply Chain Organization has an important role to play as they serve as the primary support to customer facing functions

Materials Management Analyst responsibilities :

  • Following-up import container schedules with forwarders, plants and 3rd party suppliers
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy between Honeywell systems and 3rd party logistics
  • Download PR and backlog reports and check for items to be ordered
  • Place PO’s to all suppliers / Update PO tracker periodically
  • Follow up on weekly shipment schedule / Forecast report for billing / GR for drop shipments / GR / IR resolutions
  • Consolidate shipments and arrange container loads to optimize freight
  • Work closely with CS team to ensure delivery are done as committed to the customer (OTTP / OTTR) CS / Sales Enquiries Lead times , Promise dates, Airfreight , Availability, Claims etc
  • Liaise with nominated freight forwarders and monitor shipment lead times
  • Updates for Team Guru (LFR and Past due delay status) / Item creation / Maintenance and PIR creation / Change, Source list change / Transfer Price maintenance
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sound knowledge of ISC Processes
  • Confident user of MS Office packages including Excel
