As Service Manager IT Processes and Platform you will be responsible for leading the (outsourced) team that takes care of the global IT service delivery processes.

Manage the service delivery of the operational teams
Keep a close relationship with internal stakeholders across IT.
Execute the strategy and oversee and manage the (re)design and implementation of the change and configuration management processes.
Ensure effective communications and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams and internal stakeholders.
Take end to end responsibility and drives all involved teams in escalation situation.
Ensure SLA compliance for the configuration and change management processes.
The scope of this role may change over time. At this moment there is a strong focus on improving the configuration management process, the quality of the CMDB, automation and to determine the impact of cloud migration on the change and configuration management processes.

To be successful in this role you have :
Excellent interpersonal skills especially communication and presentation skills.
A proven track record of collaborative working across service lines and cross delivery units.
Demonstrated knowledge, experience and excellence within the specific area of Service Management.
The capability to build long-term relationships with internal colleagues.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
The ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary.
Furthermore, you are :
Enthusiastic, pragmatic and self-managing.
Able to direct, support and mentor team members.
Able to direct, support and advise all levels of customer up to and including the sponsor.
Able to plan, execute and monitor process delivery.
