You will become part of a Corporate CoE function that supports the global governance, reporting, business intelligence, management & advisory, as well as engineering of HR related data.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Data Governance : Collect, govern, analyze and distribute people and HR related data in a compliant and ethical manor;
Reporting, Controlling & Business Intelligence : Ensure sustainable reporting and generate insights on HR KPIs utilizing MS Excel, KNIME & MS PowerBI;
Workforce Advisory & Management : Consult (HR) business on workforce planning and management based on data insights;
Data Science & Engineering : Identify and specify required data & analytics interventions to fulfill business needs;
Become an active member of Vitesco Technologies’ Reporting & Analytics network within HR and beyond;
Stay up to date with regards to people analytics methods and technology.
Qualifications Job Requirements :
Academic degree (bachelor or higher) in business administration, business psychology, business informatics, computer sciences or similar;
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
Very good communication skills, high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;
Structured, analytical, strategic and self-dependent way of working;
High customer orientation, ability to understand and connect with internal customers from diverse backgrounds;
Experience setting up and running reporting and analytics interventions;
Experience using data visualization (tables, charts, graphs) (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau);
Experience in mass data processing (e.g. KNIME);
Knowledge in applying programming languages (e.g. SQL, R, Python) preferred;
Experience with SAP HCM & SuccessFactors and its reporting possibilities preferred;
Experience in the field of operational and / or strategic HR beneficial;
Passion for current people analytics trends and working in an innovative environment.
