O zi tipica la OLX Group , in rolul de Telesales Account Manager , va presupune : - Contactarea telefonica a clientilor existenti pentru a le oferi suport in privinta serviciilor noastre- Contactarea telefonica a potentialilor clienti carora le putem vinde serviciile noastre- Oferirea de informatii legate de serviciile noastre sau companie- Descoperirea nevoilor clientilor prin adresarea de intrebari consultative, pentru a incheia noi vanzari- Introducerea si mentinerea la zi a informatiilor ce tin de baza de date cu clienti- Rezolvarea tuturor sarcinilor intr-un mod profesionist De ce vei avea nevoie pentru acest rol?
