After the implementation project, you will,as *owner of the IT service,* define,improve, communicate and implement end-to-end IT service management processes,based on ITIL best practices.
In alignment with the service providers and the businesskey stakeholders you ensure a smooth operation and demand driven development ofthe IT services.
Your responsibility covers the following areas : * You will setupand drive the implementation project for HR Employee Experience layer in ServiceNow.
