This can include spend analysis, balancing supply with demand, key performance metrics, or overall business trends. This role will support that vision by Business requirements :
Building an understanding of the business at a level of detail that enables him / her to identify and address critical issues.
Conducting system and database audits
Documenting the system / reports, overseeing system change management, participating in problem resolution and on-call troubleshooting
Providing technical expertise, research, and analysis in support of the integration of tools and systems.
Being a liaison between the Data Warehouse team and Procurement Analytics team
Working creatively and efficiently; handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical requirements :
SAP BW query development and maintenance (via BEx) reporting.
SAP BW view, table, procedure SQL development and maintenance (via SAP HANA) reporting and customized table and view development.
SAP BW audit development accuracy and validity of datasets.
SAP BW data cataloging governance and definition of datasets.
SAP / SAP BW ETL processes ability to setup and schedule processes, workflows, and jobs for extraction, transformation, and load of datasets.
SAP / SAP BW experience and solidified understanding of data modeling and architecture performance and optimization of datasets.
Provide data that is accurate, congruent and reliable, and ensure the information is easily available to users for direct consumption and / or integration with other systems.
Tableau development troubleshoot, audit tool.
BW publications, HANA, and BEx Web (Supply Sync reports on the Portal).
Required skills / experience :
Ability to effectively demonstrate high impact strategic thinking while at the same time demonstrating the ability to lead teams through effective, tactical execution, and implementation.
Ability to manage and facilitate numerous projects to achieve expected business results including prioritization and allocation of resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions both internally within Steelcase and externally with our supply partners.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and results oriented.
Successful track record developing strong cross-functional relationships and networks and leveraging to deliver improved business results.
Ability to successfully operate independently in a highly collaborative, cross-functional matrix-based organization.
Minimum 2+ years in Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SQL, Big Data
Strong technical background related to business systems, manufacturing, and / or product design
