3Pillar Global is searching for a dynamic and talented Talent Acquisition Manager who will bring a high sense of urgency to our team as we continue to scale.

The Talent Acquisition Manager role is to oversee the full life-cycle recruitment process in Romania. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we continue to recruit and grow our business at a global level.

In this role leaders across the globe will rely and partner with you to ensure projects are fully staffed with the right talent and on time.

You are responsible for managing the local talent acquisition and sourcing partner team to effectively ensure a healthy practice of recruitment guidelines to meet demand in terms of client opportunities.

You will use 3Pillar Global environment and culture to attract top talent and cascade thought leadership and clarity for TA team members to focus on both active roles and building a pipeline generation for future projects.

In the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for taking hiring decisions at a local level and facilitating communication between hiring managers and global leads and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process
  • Responsible for managing the local Romanian Talent Acquisition team
  • Hold team members accountable and ensure that they create a collaborative and high performance culture that are aligned to the corporate values
  • Give accurate reports on progress, issues and solutions on the local TA team. Maintain and gather data / metrics for reports as requested regarding recruiting activity
  • Contribute to and elevate our talent acquisition processes globally
  • Implement and maintain tactical initiatives to support 3Pillar overall strategic recruiting goals
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting approach, gain understanding of skills needed to fill slots
  • Ensure the recruiting team gains this level of understanding for positions delegated to them pushing down responsibilities to create engaging behaviours
  • Work closely as a trusted partner with delivery operations as part of the supply chain to ensure a healthy collaboration with resource management
  • Assign job openings to recruiters and ensures a fair requisition distribution strategy within the team
  • Implement and maintain compliant recruiting policies and procedures that support strategic recruiting goals
  • Design innovative methods to attract candidates partnering with the marketing team for company visibility, local branding and an accurate communication within the organization
  • Provide insight into geographical market to develop hiring leads in remote and proximity markets
  • Identify appropriate recruiting resources suggesting increase in capacity to meet scaling business demand
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of open roles and candidate status within 3Pillar internal ATS and reporting tools
  • Constant audit of current team members to ensure meeting KPIs
  • Manages career development of team members by mentoring, coaching, and providing training opportunities
  • Creates an environment for teamwork and collaboration that allows people to innovate, create, and communicate new ideas
  • Consistently acknowledge, communicate, advocate, and appropriately reward their team members’ contributions and accomplishment
  • Remove impediments for the team
  • Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and partner companies to augment in-house recruiting activities as required
  • Negotiate compensation packages and should have hands-on experience in dealing with third party vendors
  • Understand and maintain the talent acquisition budget for Romania
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Experience leading and managing 5+ people teams of various seniority levels
  • Good understanding of software technologies hiring and current IT trends
  • Past recruitment and recruitment management experience with a global / enterprise software development company
  • Accurate understanding of the local IT market and direct competitors
  • Experience in refining candidate attraction and sourcing strategies focused on a large span of technologies and on different platforms
  • Proven track record of managing a team with a high success rate in hiring diverse candidates at all levels
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as complete individual contributor
  • Experience in galvanizing and creating high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in making both deliberate and rapid decisions to challenge the status quo and suggest new ways of developing and iterating on global recruiting practices
  • Demonstrated capacity for ensuring data hygiene within reporting tools
  • Good negotiation skills on offer handling, compensation practices and influencing hiring managers into successful hires
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of tracking systems (ATS - Applicant Tracking System)
  • Experience with Lever (ATS) is a plus
  • Very good Professional English writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
