Make your mark as social media lead for Eastern Europe
The Social Media Lead for Eastern Europe will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy for the unit covering following markets : Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Ukraine, Croatia and Serbia.

Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
Execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Write, develop, and publish online content production and scheduling
Collect, edit, publish, and share content regularly (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
Track and analyze analytic reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
Excellent knowledge of social media
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and campaigns
Experienced in running paid campaigns in various social media platforms (this will be done in collaboration with our Specialist on Paid Ads)
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English, Polish / Russian language is a plus
