Our new Customer Marketing specialist will Develop the launch and promo activity plan while manage the execution of the budget, trade activities ( color brands - 4Ps ) across IKA clients.


  • Communication
  • responsibility for projects communication among functional departments of the company involved (sales, logistic, finance and management)
  • communication of the sales priorities and planned global launches and promotions on a monthly basis in a formal message who will be send on 1st day of the month
  • project description, product allocation, commercial terms (discount and payment), POSM line-up and allocation, implementation deadlines
  • initiative description in terms of relevant information regarding new product attributes and benefits for end consumer
  • projects evaluation, market situation, competitor’s monitoring, COTY leaflets vs. competitors
  • distribution reports (Coty and competition)
  • report competitive prices
  • communication with the transporter for furniture and posm’s deliveries
  • Preparation and coordination of launch and promotional activities
  • responsibility the development of launches & promo plan and in-store activities
  • responsibility for samples hand over in time (7 days before launch) of all new products to all Kacc managers / Area Managers / Dealers
  • production of monthly updates / inserts for color customised furniture & secondary placements for all retailers (NEO, BERGERIE and other special projects)
  • responsibility for all channel allocations of all POSM materials / furniture / update inserts
  • Xmas program propose products combination / forecasting / way of packing / solutions for market exposure / logistic file information / presentation for the sales team
  • prepare project cards with load ups for all secondary placements & furniture for the launch & promo articles
  • launch & promo centralized file for each month to be sent to sales team (all the articles that are launched + promo discounts + promo period + codes for the promo articles)
  • update POSM launches file for at least six months before check production and allocate them with launches and promotional activities
  • prepare listing file with all the logistic info for sales team (irc, ean, logistic info, final prices)
  • Analysis
  • monthly evaluation of promotional activities ( promo efficiency ) within 2 weeks from the end of the project
  • sell-in, distribution, POSM implementation, sell through planned vs. achieved
  • weekly readiness status of current month activities in the last week day
  • projects started and on-going
  • availability of stock and POSM for the projects planned in current month
  • aggregate volumes for Sales Forecast; the cumulation of figures from the all chanell has to be presented to Trade Marketing Manager & Brand Manager& Planner & Logistic Manager for final approval before introduction in forecasting file
  • analyze Xmas program performance : sell in vs. allocation / channel, sell out, best sellers, lowest performing sets.
  • project cards for all the local / dedicated promotions, upload in Lotus
  • Data
  • Sales deals management based on information received from sales / according to national promotions
  • product database and sales order management ( article status’) launches & discontinuation, IRC codes (NAR), prices, availability dates
  • keep track of POSM activity
  • temporary POSM implementation status
  • permanent POSM monthly check
  • warehouse POSM stock analysis, reparation, re-allocation or liquidation (based on marketing feedback)
  • preparing POP’s for Dealers / Bulgaria / Online channel
  • PR / PO and inbound delivery for any POSM / furniture produced
  • New article request for prepacks DD & TT in LOTUS
  • Testers and discontinued items file preparation
  • Special TMKTG projects
  • preparation, coordination and participation in person at special TMKTG projects f.ex. installation special promo stands, installation of new product separators, production and installation of special POS materials, extraordinary shelf rebuilding at KACC customers, production and installation of tester holders
  • preparation of POS materials and furniture, price tags, visuals, posters, banners, menu leaflets etc.
  • Creativity
  • special actions customised for customers / brands (utilisation of local opportunities, harmonisation with marketing support), collaboration with KAM and marketing team
  • push for new ideas and approaches during strategic meeting participation
  • Planograms
  • make planograms for new openings based on the requirements received from KAM, all customized furniture for new openings & refurbished stores, monthly up-date of them for each color brand
  • amend planograms for selected shops based on the requirements received from KAM
  • new planograms for top independent doors
  • Field supervision
  • evaluation of promo activities execution, monthly store check
