Your tasks
As a Service Consultant at proALPHA, you will advise and support our international customers with commercial and technical concerns in the area of accounting and cost accounting.
Whether via e-mail, telephone or remote access : you analyze, process and solve complex business transactions with a broad repertoire of different tools.
In doing so, you will use our knowledge base and expand it collectively with our team. Through your collaboration with the service consultants, developers and system engineers of our company, you will thus form a central interface between the software and the customer.
You will work in partnership with customers to develop solutions to complex business transactions with a broad repertoire of different tools
This includes systematic research in our internal knowledge databases, analysis on the customer's system, as well as reproducing the customer's concerns in our reference systems
In addition, you will also provide smaller consulting services
You will support our customers in the implementation of commercial business processes
A detailed and complete documentation of your solutions and work progress will round off your work
Your profile
You have successfully completed your studies (e.g. business administration, business informatics) or your commercial training
You score with relevant professional experience as well as initial knowledge of an ERP system or accounting program
You are flexible and open to shift work
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the area of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) and ServiceNow
You use your expertise and analytical skills to provide the best possible customer service and accept constantly changing and exciting tasks as a challenge
You align your actions with the needs of our customers, signal your willingness to provide service and communicate tactfully and confidently in English and Polish, German is an advantage
