Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team and manage the first stage of the recruiting process.
Talent Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities :
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
Craft and send recruiting emails
Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to determine position requirements
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Qualifications
Min. 1 year experience in a similar role and exposure to a multicultural environment
Fluent in English - mandatory
Solid expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
Robust sourcing skills with first-hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented
Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment
