Job Description :
Provides support to internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, accuracy and consistency of data, key insights and key performance indicators tracking in order to meet tactical business objectives.
Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other teams such as Reporting, Business intelligence, Finance, Legal, Line of business representatives, in an effort to ensure :
accurate and timely reporting - data reconciliation, data analysis
forecasting- modelling, updating for each business model
business cases â€ decision support for roadmap options
commercial scenarios â€ impact on revenues and customer base
Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Support business leaders in setting and implementing the Decision Support strategy for a line of the business by performing analysis and generating appropriate reports.
Build and maintain strong relationship with Business leaders to understand key drivers of the business and tailor build drafts of reports, abstracts, reports, presentations to meet business needs / goals.
Prepare ad-hoc and custom financial analysis as requested providing insight into the Companyâ€™s operations and financial performance;
support ad-hoc reporting requirements
Drive the creation of models / financial analysis tools to perform analysis
Collaborate with the Reporting and Business Intelligence teams to collate, verify, analyze and summarizes information from various sources.
Create presentations that assist in understanding progress towards achieving performance targets and highlight key impacts (e.
g. product productivity, value improvement)
Synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers
Provide dedicated support and insightful analysis to track business performance, facilitate decision making and drive the business
Lead discussion of the analysis and make necessary adjustments
Utilize benchmarking data to recommend adjustments to KPIs / Metrics to improve performance management process
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Required Skills and Experience
Business / IT degree
Minimum 3 years' of experience in similar role
Experience in the technology industry and working in a large organization is preferred
Commercial mindset and experience driving improved understanding and performance in the business
Strong analytical skills including demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and document trends and variances timely (on an ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis)
Extensive knowledge of and experience with the analysis and reporting of operational data
Advantage Accountancy / Finance / Financial Management, Analysis and Modeling within an ERP environment
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and to lead discussions with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to meet the rigorous deadlines of a growth company, and to multitask and priorities responsibilities
