We are currently looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Product Team. In this role, you will work closely with product management and turn user insights into new product features & improvements .

What will you do?
Empathize with users and explore their needs
Work with internal and external customers to understand business requirements
Develop user flows, mockups and prototypes around customer and user needs
Prepare appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development team
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior management
Solve product-related problems, make decisions
Oversee the product development process holistically from end to end
Contribute to product documentation development and maintenance
3+ years of work experience as a product designer, UX / UI designer or similar role in software product development
Minimum 1-year experience as a designer of B2B applications (a must)
Ability to conduct user research, prepare mockups, prototypes and product specifications (a must)
Fluency in modern design tools (knowledge of Figma is a plus)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English is required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience with Agile methodologies (a plus)
