Life Sciences function is transforming Clinical R&D, delivering actionable insights from aggregated clinical and healthcare data while optimizing clinical trial efficiency and productivity.

Healthcare function is Improving Outcomes and Patient Care and Leveraging the use of real-world genomic and healthcare data to support personalized medicine and accountable care, achieve Compliance, Quality, and Efficiency in Safety Operations.

The Global Environment Delivery Team provides Sales Demo, Training and Quality Assurance Environments supporting over 1,000 Sales Activities, 200 Training Events and over 4,000 HIPAA Compliant QA Environments per year across 74 products and versions and several data centers.

The services we provide enable over 600 internal stakeholders with high quality environments that are critical to the success of the business, and are managed using a centralized application that the Environment Team have developed.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to support our internal and external customers with the adoption of our new flagship platform, Clinical One, and other HSGBU products.

What will I do?

Your focus will be to support the effective and efficient running of the Global Environment Delivery operations.

You will be responsible for user account provisioning / management for Clinical One and other HSGBU products.

You will need to use your customer service skills to interact with customers and internal teams (Support, Development, Services, Solution Consulting, Enablement etc.).

You will work across several Oracle products, processes, and platforms, whilst professional experience is desirable, it is not mandatory giving the successful candidate the opportunity to learn or grow their skills.
