Manager, Client Services is an operational management role that is responsible for a team of project managers. Manager, Client Services is ultimately responsible for the smooth and profitable execution of all market research projects executed by their team, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple team members while acting as the first line of escalation for the project managers and clients.
There is also a critical focus on building new client relationships, maintaining or growing existing client relationships, and assisting in the improvement of department tools and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (6-8 in order of importance)
These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role.
1.Ultimately responsible for the successful execution of all projects managed within their team
2.Effective troubleshoot and resolve issues on a per project basis, as well as on an account level, through strong communication, investigation and collaboration with clients and internal teams as necessary
3.Responsible for developing employees and providing world-class training for team members in a rapidly changing environment
4.Effectively work / communicate within a team-based environment
5.Take on a project load when possible / necessary. Usually the more complex / difficult projects
6.Financially responsible for all projects executed within their team.
