Together, with our client, we are looking for an ambitious candidate to take up the position of :
Payroll & Administration Analyst (Cluj-Napoca)
Main responsibilities :
Processing the General Service Requests such as HR Service Request in German and English language (phone, e-mail, tickets).
Creating documents for new and existing employees
Recording time events that are not covered by ESS
Running payroll test for entities in Austria and Germany
Performing adjustment of payroll data to eliminate failure in payroll execution.
Fluency in English and German language
1-2 years experience in Payroll & HR Administration
Basic knowledge in European Labor Law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team spirit along with initiative and reliability
Good organizational skills and high attention to details
Strong creative and problem solving skills
